Thursday we went out again at 5:00 am for a 3 mile run. the temp. went down to 43°f..
Crisp and cool.
Today we had another most excellent 6 mile run at 5:30 am. It was 48°f, stars were easy to see, I could not locate the moon. We spotted a big hawk, flock of parrots, wood pecker and lots of squirrels.
Great to get out!

4.5km for me on Sunday morning (another wet one!). Not too cold, although the enormous amount of leaves on some sections of my route do have a habit of holding onto the moisture, which obviously makes those parts quite chilly underfoot..
Ran past a short section of freshly laid topsoil alongside some new buildings -couldn't resist running through it! Wonderfully soft...
