Little bit of a break over last weekend, but back out again this morning for 7km around a very wet & squelchy leaf covered pathway. Little bit cold underfoot to start off -mainly because of the dampness- but soon warmed up... Good run..

Did the same 7km route again this morning.. Quite warm today, so was a nice run..
Boulder and I missed the first part of the week (due to weather). We did a 3 mile run Thursday and a 3 mile run Friday. Chilly here low 40 deg. f.

We did a 8 mile run at 6:00 am When we started there was a huge full moon. Half way thru there was a huge moon going down on the west and a nice sunrise to the east. We spotted some ducks, a woodpecker, parrots and many other bird.
The temperature was mid 40 deg. f..
