Mileage Reporting Week 42 ( Oct 18- Oct 24)

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Tuesday at 4:30. Large moon but partly cloudy so not much star action. We heard one owl. Really Great outing!

6km this morning back out along my usual route..
Suddenly it’s most definitely Autumn! Quite windy and very wet underfoot from the overnight rain. Leaves everywhere & the ground actually felt a little cold too. -I wonder how long it will take to re-acclimatise to the colder mornings….

We went out today for a 4 mile run at 5:30 am. It was partly cloudy with some stars and a large moon. 55 deg. f. with no wind. Awesome out!!

7.25km on Sunday morning. -Nice dry day, but totally dark! Good job the head torch works well...

 

[duckfeet]

4.3 miles on Tuesday and 5.3 on Sunday. Both days were windy and on the cool side. I saw lots of ducks and a couple of blue herons out before the start of duck hunting season on November 1st
