I'm keeping up a daily running streak while half-heartedly tapering for a mixed road/trail 10k this Sunday. I'm doing it barefoot and hoping to make up time on the road sections because I'm super slow on the trail. Goal is to not get lapped.

    Monday: 7.6km
    Tuesday: 2km
    Wednesday: 10.3km
    Thursday: 2.8km

    All barefoot.

Boulder and I went 7 miles this morning at 5:45 am. It was 78 deg. f. with no wind and clear skies. We spotted rabbits, squirrels, woodpeckers and many other birds. Nice stargazing!

    Hannah,
    I hope you have a great 10K!!

Late entry here - I did 11km on Saturday morning, my first run over 10k for ages due to general time-poverty. I fell in a hole at the end, not in the running sense but literally!

At the end of my run on the beach I walked into the waves up to my calves to cool down and splash around, and didn't realise there was a rock close by that had all the sand around it pulled away buy the tide and I went from calf-deep to waist-deep in one step (and possibly squealed a little).

Hope the 10k went well Hannah!
