Boulder and I did a short 2 mile run Tuesday at 4:30 am. We are still seeing lots of stars. We heard one Barred Owl.

6km yesterday morning-just 1 lap of one of the local lakes. A bit wet underfoot again, and the leaves are starting to fall from the tree branches now -so lots of different textures on routeā€¦.:barefoot:

Done about 7 miles this week. This Sunday is going to be the longest walk I've done for 5K training. 50 minutes

I did 1 run this week-4.1 miles after work on Thursday. My bruised foot is still pretty touchy, so I think my next run will be with shoes. This was a nice mid-Autumn evening though and I saw lots of geese and kids on bikes with parents walking nearby

21.1km on Sunday -Bournemouth half marathon.
Quite a nice event run along the seafront for most of the route. Very well organised and well supported (just under 3000 runners in the half marathon event). Got lucky with the weather, which was good -I reckon it would have been pretty rough on a colder, wet day.
Was quite tough towards the end even though I'd prepared reasonably well, but finished without stopping on route, so I'll take that!...:):barefoot:
(saw one other runner in VFFs, but I think I was the only one skin to ground...)
