Mileage Reporting Week 4 (Jan 24 - Jan 30)

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run on the country road at 5:30 am. It was 37 deg. f. with 81 % Rh. the 1/2 moon was visible and very bright. Lots of stars. We heard one great horned owl. Really good way to start the day.

Three sessions this week for me -7.5km, 8.5km and 12.5km this morning. Nice and dry runs. Little bit cold but actually just nice and relaxing runs…

4 miles on Wednesday and 3.9 miles today. Have been somewhat limited by the weather- temps have been mostly in the teens during daytime and near 0 ( Fahrenheit) at night and we have had 40 some inches of snow the last couple of weeks. Hangin in there till better weather returns this Spring.

We went 3 miles Sunday down the country road at 7:00 am. Great sunrise. We heard a owls and a hawk. Great outing!!
