Mileage Reporting Week 39 (Sep 26 - Oct 2)

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Tuesday at 5:00 am. Cool 59 deg. f. with no wind. The sky was clear with lots of stars. I saw one shooting star.

5 mile beach run on Tuesday. Quite a bit of shore fishing being done today at high tide. Harder run today due to the sand being softer further up on the beach.

We did a 3 mile run Thursday at 5:00 am. It was 63 deg. f. with 15 mph winds. Really great outing!

We did a 4 mile run Sunday at 6:00 am. Still dark out. 49 deg. f. with no wind. Very clear sky with lots of stars. At the end we caught a great sunrise.

3.2 mile road run on Thursday. Too windy on the beach with blowing sand to run there. I'm used to running on flat terrain, but this route had several hills on it and the downhill portions seemed to cause some pain in my right foot for some reason. Otherwise it was a good run.
