Boulder and I did a 4 mile run at 5:00 am. The moon was out (but small) and lots of stars. We heard a few owls and spotted one rabbit. Really great outing!!
4.5 miles Wednesday on the beaches of North Carolina. Saw lots of interesting shore birds which were not here in June. It was a perfect day with temps around 80 and just a gentle breeze and low humidity. So glad to be here!
We did a 3 mile run Thursday at 5:00 am. Lots of stars out again this morning. I enjoy getting out there!!
We did a 4.5 mile run Sunday at 6:30 am at Waterloo lake. Lots of geese, ducks, other water fowl, turtles and a few hawks. Great weather.
5.3 miles on Saturday, once again a beach run. Perfect running weather with low humidity and temps in the low 70's. Saw a few Pelicans and a lot of gulls and smaller shore birds. There were also a few people out dog-walking.
