Mileage Reporting Week 37 (Sept 12 - Sept 18)

Monday 1.5 miles at 3:30 am.
Tuesday 2 miles at 3:30 am, 3 miles at 5:00 am.
Wednesday 1.5 miles at 3:30 am 3 miles at 5:00 am.
I may take today off
 
Another light week for me. My right leg is still a little sore from the last race, always have more of a problem with the right achilles and lower calf. Busy work week, 6x12hr days. 3 runs totaling about 15 miles, and a few rides totaling 54 miles on the bike.
4 weeks till the marathon, not doing so hot on the training. I've already given up the thought of trying to race it, but worried about just doing the distance even at a slow pace. :(
