Mileage Reporting Week 37 (Sept 10 - Sept 17)

Couple of nice runs so far this week: 3.7km Monday morning & 6km today.
Lots of other runners out today on a very windy morning. Temperature was pretty good until the wind blew -that was chilly!
Feet & legs all feeling good at the moment still -so back out again this weekend I think for a little further distance...

4 miles Tuesday.
5 miles Thursday.
We heard 1 owl Tuesday and the skies were clear both mornings.
I am still ready for the Tour De Fleur Saturday.

Tour De Fleur 1/2 marathon this morning at 7:00 am.
It was 75 Deg. f. 83 % Rh with a slight breeze.
This race is at the Dallas White Rock Lake.
I saw lots of water fowl, 1 hawk and many other types of birds.
While running we could see rowing teams working out in the lake.
I always enjoy this run the views are very nice.
My feet and legs held up good.

Finished the week with a 10.5km around a little longer route than I normally take.
Ground was a bit damp in places after some overnight rain, but not too cold yet so still a pretty pleasant run.
Covered some fairly broken up pieces of pathway on the new section that I've not run before, but all went good -just slowed down a bit and took my time through that part.
Felt good at the end too, so will probably follow that route again in the future...
