Long time no mileage report!

8km this morning, on my usual stretch on the beach. Tried to steal a friend's dog but he wouldn't stay with me.

5.5km very wet & rainy run yesterday -so not too many other runners around. Not too much wildlife either -must've all been taking shelter, so I had the puddles all to myself...

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Tuesday and a 5 mile run today. Both day we spotted rabbits. Today we heard some owls. really great runs!

8.5km this morning..
Nice and dry today, so much busier again with runners etc... good run
