Nice 7km this morning. We had a little rain overnight so it was still a little damp to start out and a cooler breeze than we've had for a while aswell. Good run though & not too many people around either...

6 Km this morning, a nice 7 Celcius...makes for less sweating! 
Sweet 3 mile run with Boulder Tuesday at 4:30 am. On the country road, almost all with no house lights. The skies were clear (lots of stars).
4.4 miles last evening with dew point in the low 70's. Felt like I was running in the steam room. Saw a bald eagle which flew right overhead and landed in a dead tree next to me. It is the third time I have seen this guy in the same general area.
Couple of fairly easy runs this week -8.5km mid-week and 7km this morning.. Both sessions followed some light overnight rain, so ground a bit damp to start with but nice and warm still.

We went 3 miles Thursday at 4:30 am it was misty out. We spotted a opossum and heard some owls. Really good time out.
6.4 miles this morning on another beautiful Summer day. Presque Isle was busy already this morning as tourists are getting in some vacation before the end of Summer. Another great feel-good run. It was so good to be out and about amongst so many other people enjoying the beautiful weather.
Boulder and I got out for another 5 mile country road run. We got out at 7:00 am. already light outside.
We spotted cows, horses, buzzards, white egrets, donkeys, goats, chickens and lots of birds. Its really great to run down the roan with lots of trees and open pastures on both sides!
