Mileage Reporting Week 33 (Aug 15 - Aug 21)

Boulder and I did a 4.5 mile run Tuesday at 5:00 am. It was 80 deg. f. with no wind.

Great to get out!!

Boulder and I did a 4 mile run Thursday at 5:00 am. We spotted a opossum scurrying around right at the start of the run. We also spotted cows horses and 1 owl.

We did a 4 mile run Saturday at 5:00 am. Nice stars in the start and great sunrise!

4.2 miles on Wednesday and 5.2 miles on Sunday. Both runs were in humid conditions but good nonetheless. I cut my Sunday run a little short because my left hamstring started acting up again. Will probably take the next week or so off. I got to run through puddles Sunday which always feels good on a hot day.
