Mileage Reporting Week 29 (July 16 - July 22)

Warm this morning.
We went out for a 4 mile run at 5:30 am 84 deg. f..
We were out slightly later and spotted more folks out.

Nice run
Legs good
Feet good

Couple of runs so far this week for me -7km on Monday morning (all the way around the lake dodging the usual flocks of geese), and another 7km this morning.
Took a slightly different route today -ran with my partner who persuaded me to do a little bit of 'hill work' in the middle section (new concept to me!). But all went well & enjoyed the cool down run back, which seemed surprisingly easy after running up & down a hill...
Hopefully back out again later in the week...

Thursday we did a 3 mile run. It was 88 deg.f. at 5:00 AM.
Not many animal sightings.

Another 5.75km on Friday morning and 11.5km yesterday.
Fantastic weather for running here at the moment (as long as you go early morning that is...).

Passed quite a few dog walkers on Sunday morning -most said hello & exchanged pleasantries. I did get a very funny look from one lady though -her mouth dropped a bit & she seemed quite unable to stop her eyes peering downwards towards my feet. So much so that I fully expected to hear a splash after I'd passed her as I imagined her carrying on walking straight off the edge of the path & into the lake...

8 miles Sunday at 5:30 am.
We spotted one screech owl, lots of rabbits and heard one rooster crow.
