Quite a good week for me-
5.75 km on Tuesday
7km on Thursday
8.75km on Saturday

All early morning runs before the Sun warms everything up too much!
Gradually starting to increase distance each week now & going good so far...:)
 
5 miles Tuesday.
3 miles Friday.
5 miles today at the crack of dawn. Very nice, all help me take my mind off some family issues going on.

33 miles last week as I taper from the 40+mpw I've been keeping. Got my first 50K coming up Saturday: the Afton Trail Run in Afton, MN. Really trying to exercise will power to keep from running too much. I've also been doing a lot more running in my Luna Roots Origen huaraches because that's what I'll be racing in Saturday. The trail at Afton State Park is just too full of gravel and other rough stuff to do it unshod. Maybe some day I'll be able to work up to doing something like that with nothing on my feet but not this year.
