Mileage Reporting Week 25 (Jun 19 - Jun 25)

Tuesday 4 mile run at 5:00 am.

5.5km Wednesday morning (the start of the longest day here).
Took it nice and slow again. Followed a freshly laid gravel path for a short section just for a challenge -wasn't too bad at a gentle pace.
Exchanged hello's with the usual bin man busy doing his daily routine.
-Nice run & a good start to the day...

5 miles Thursday at 5:00 am. we spotted a whole group of screech owls just at daylight flying around one tree, they may have been fledglings.
8 great miles today at 5:30 am. spotted ducks, rabbits, one white large water fowl and 6 green parrots.

 

[Tedlet]

Enjoyable 6.6km early on Sunday morning.
Weather is still pretty good here, so it's nice to be up and about with the wildlife.

Lots of people around during the run -setting up for one of the usual Summer events at the lake.
Ran a nice steady pace & felt good all the way.
Looking forward to next time again already...
