    Boulder and I did a 5 mile run at 5:00 am. We heard a screech owl and spotted lots of rabbits. It was 84 deg. f. and 66% humidity.

    Enjoyable 6km this morning just before the rain started to come down.
    Haven't had a chance to run for a few days, so it was good to get out again...:)

    Just started this spring. I'm up to 1/2 mile 5 days a week with no problem. I'm smiling!

    6.5km today. Early morning run -usual route, but only saw one other runner today. Lots of fishermen seem to be returning to the lake edge now though as the Covid restrictions are starting to be eased...
    Nice quiet run...:barefoot:

    Boulder and I did 3 more runs this week:

    A 3 mile run Wednesday it was 68 deg. f.

    A 5 mile run Thursday it was 66 deg. f.

    A 6 mile run today at 5:45 am. It was 73 deg f. with no wind. We heard one screech owl and a rooster crow. we spotted rabbits, squirrels and many different birds. Really great run!

    The moon and skies were very clear and cool on all runs:D

    1.8 ish run last Sunday in Merrels. Roughly 2 (maybe a bit more) barefoot hiking at Hartwick Pines Monday. 2.3 mile run in the Merrels on Wednesday. 3 mile brisk walk/hike today (Sunday) in the Merrels again.

    Not bad for the first real running in probably a year. Should have had more runs, but work got in the way. (Lame excuse but it's all I've got. )
