Boulder and I did a 3 mile run at 5:00 am. The moon was outstanding! We are still seeing lightening bugs and hearing whippoorwills. Great to get out!!
We went for a 5 mile run Thursday at 5:30 am. The Moon was very cool again today. It was still full, bright and in view after the sun was up. We spotted horses, a white egret, a turtle crossing the road, rabbits, a tarantula, buzzards and lots of other birds.
I did a 4.4 mile beach run on Wednesday and a 4.6 mile beach run on Friday. Saw quite a few other runners out both days along with a lot of Pelicans and other shore birds.There were also 2 dolphins very close to shore on Friday. Enjoying the ocean immensely and really liking the feel of running on sand
Boulder and I did a 4 mile run today (Sunday) at 5:30 am. It was 75 deg. f. with no wind. We heard one owl. We spotted horses and a white crane looking water fowl. Another great time out!!
