Mileage Reporting Week 24 (Jun 12 - Jun 18)

Nice easy 4.5km this morning. Gentle pace along a variety of surfaces (including a newly prepared tarmac car parking area next to the lake. -That was smooth as silk!).
Only passed one other runner today going in the opposite direction. Guess I must've been out a little earlier than normal.
Legs & feet feeling good...

Smooth 5 mile run Tuesday 79 deg. f. 84% Rh.
Another 5 mile run Thursday 81 deg. f. 73% Rh.
I heard a few Screech owls and the Moon was cool.
Oh and always lots of rabbits.
The feet and legs are doing good after the 1/2 last Sunday.

Glorious weather here at the moment, so up early for 5.75km before the sun gets too high in the sky.
There seemed to be lots of people around this morning -walkers, runners, etc... (must be the weather!).
Good steady run though, not too fast & nice and comfortable. Looking forward to going again in the week already...

Sunday Boulder and I did another 5 mile run at 6:00 am, 81 deg. f. 79 % Rh.
We are still seeing lots of rabbits running around.
The Moon was cool as always.
