5 mile run at 4:45 am.
Boulder was pushing me hard this morning but it was a great run.
Spotted rabbits and that's about all.

Very gentle 4km early this morning.
Plenty of wildlife around today -rabbits, squirrels, ducks, geese -all in abundance.
There's clearly a charity run happening later on along the route I took today -ran past a number of marshalls who were busy setting up signs, etc... Not sure if they looked surprised to see me because of my lack of footwear or just because I was up as early as them;)...
All good anyway. Time spent in the gym this week seems to be paying off...

5 mile run Thursday. We heard a screech owl and spotted lots of rabbits and a very cool Moon.

Wounded Warrior 1/2 marathon today in Irving tx.. It was 75 deg. f. and 83% Rh.
I was a great run lots of smiling faces. I also saw some different water fowl.

Well, the Des Moines autism walk on June 10 went great! Met another barefooter named Erica who has a son with autism. Even HE was barefoot. We were pretty much barefoot the whole walk and we walked for probably about 2 miles max. I even felt warm wood for the first time, as did Erica. We're both going to try to do a barefoot walk again though it'd have to be a Saturday since that's the day that works best for her.

We got a late start today (work have been rough on our schedule).
At mile 2 we spotted 4 hawks all flying out of the same oak tree.
We also spotted ducks and rabbits.
I was tired when I woke but it felt good to get out there.
