Very pleasant 3km for me this morning -slowly getting back into it. Nice fresh morning following some rain the previous evening. Love the 'clean air' smell you get from the trees and flora after a good downpour...
Tuesday 4 miles Wed 5 miles Not sure was going to happen today as far as running is concern. May was really good for me running wise with a total of 120 miles for the month
Monday 4 miles Tuesday 4 miles Wednesday 2 miles Saturday (today) 6 miles. This is farthest run so far for me since going bf. Felt great! Had rained overnight beforehand and even sprinkled a little while running. Many puddles to run through. I'm just now 6 months into running bf.
3.5km today. Nice bright early morning again and good temperature for running. Not too many people out -just the odd dog walker and cyclist. Got a nice hello from both the dog walker and the dog! All feeling good still....
Boulder and I enjoyed a fun filled 11 mile run at 5:45am this morning. It was 72 deg.f. and 88% Rh. We spotted a night hawk, bat, ducks, rabbits and squirrels.
