Boulder and I did a 4 mile run at 5:00 am. We spotted rabbits and a duck and heard lots of birds. Great outing.

7km today. Felt quite relaxed after doing a longer run at the weekend.. legs and feet all good..
Boulder and I did another 4 mile run today at 5:30 am. The sun started to come up during the run. We spotted ducks flying, geese flying, one owl in a owl box (peeking out) and lots of rabbits. Great fun out!!

4 mile run on Monday and another 4 miles last evening ( Thursday ). Perfect weather for both with temps in the 60's and dry air. My body is feeling pretty good so will probably try to get back out on Sunday.
8.5km yesterday morning. Very quiet run today -not many other people out at all..

Boulder and I did a 5 mile run Saturday. We were at Waterloo lake again. We did some road time and some trail time. The trail had some quagmire spots (soupy mud) from past rains. I really enjoy this outing, lots of wild life to see: geese, ducks, a snake, lots of water fowl and other birds.
We snuck in another 5.5 mile run today at 6:45 am. It was light out and I saw a rabbit, some buzzards, cows, horses, mules and goats. lots of fun

May 24 to May 30 were run streak days 155 to 161. Weekly mileage was 21.52. 2021 miles through May 30 were 473.93
I had two 1 mile runs, four 3 mile runs, and one 7 mile run. I was trying to not have any 1 mile runs during May but ended up having 2 of them at the end of last week. On Friday I had to do a 3 hour each way trip to a client so I did 1 mile at 5 am to keep the streak alive. On Sunday, I was tired and decided to stop after 1 mile on the treadmill. I am keeping the same goal of no 1 mile runs for June.
