Mileage Reporting Week 21 (May 21 - May 27)

So 6km Monday morning to start the week off and 6.2km this morning.
Passed lots of other runners on Monday (not so many today -mostly just geese!). Pretty much all of them exchanged hello's as I ran past (that's the runners on Monday, not the geese...), which is always a nice start to the day.
Feeling quite good at the moment, so hoping to fit in a 10k race again in the next couple of weeks -see how it goes...

5 miles Tuesday, really a great run. Spotted a lightning bug.
4 miles Thursday at 5:00 am. I heard a screech owl (first one in a while).

4.5 mile run this morning at 6:00 am.
78 deg. f. 78% Rh.
It was a great outing, its good to get out before it gets too hot.
We heard one rooster crow and spotted a Mississippi Kite.

8.5km Saturday morning on a very pleasant route along the lakeside pathway. Lots of wildlife around -especially geese proudly showing off their new families! And very protective they are of them too -the large ones always seem to make a point of gathering around the small goslings as I go running past...
