Boulder and I ran the following:
4 miles Tuesday
4 miles Thursday
4 miles Sunday the weather has been really nice and really cool views of the moon.

Just a couple of outings this week -
6km on Thursday morning
10.5km Sunday morning
Both good runs -perfect weather and legs & feet all good...
