Mileage Reporting Week 2 (Jan 09 - Jan 15)

Boulder and I did a 5 mile run at 5:00 am. It was 37 deg. f. with no wind. The sky was clear with lots of stars and the moon was still very large and bright. We spotted horses, cows and a rabbit.

Great to get out!!

We went 3 miles Sunday at 6:30 am. It was 46 deg. f. with 12 mph wind from the south. I could see stars and 1/2 moon at first then a great sunrise. We spotted horses and a couple of hawks.

Really fun outing !!

4.1 miles indoors on Saturday. While these indoor runs are not the most exciting from a visual standpoint, they are useful for paying attention to my technique and form during a time in the year when that is not always possible when running outdoors. This run I concentrated on maintaining good form while running at a faster pace.
