Boulder and I did a 3 mile run today (Thursday) at 5:00 am. We heard 2 owls. It was 77 deg. f. with 12 MPH wind. Really great outing!
We did another 3 mile run today (Thursday) at 5:00 am. It was 72 deg. f. with light winds. We heard owls, whipper wills, and lots of other birds. Most excellent out!!
5 miles this morning in beautiful summer-like weather. My feet got coated with Cottonwood sap and leaf casings. Formed a natural sandal on the soles of my feet, but it took a half hour of soaking my feet in alcohol afterwards to get them clean.
Boulder and I did the Waterloo lake run this morning at 7:00 am. We went 5 miles. It was 70 deg. f. with light winds. Always lots of wildlife to look at on this run.
