Boulder and I did a 5 mile run at 5:00 am. It was 66 deg. f. with 14 mph wind from the South. We spotted a opossum, lots of rabbits and heard one Screech Owl. The Moon was peeking out around the fast moving clouds, it was just a sliver. Cool Outing!!
7km on Tuesday and then 7.5km today.. Couple of good short runs. Picked up a slither of glass on Tuesday which was a bit frustrating -haven’t had to dig anything out of my soles for a while now.. All sorted though, so a good session today...
10.3km this morning. Little bit of rain overnight so the ground was still quite wet.. Ran past a large dead bird under one of the bridges on route -couldn’t really tell what it was. Maybe victim to a fox perhaps.. Pretty good run though...
4 mile run on Tuesday and 5.2 miles today ( Saturday ). Temperatures have been pleasant but had to deal with lots of tree sap today. Lots of birds out singing this morning too. Both runs were good
We went for a 4 mile run in Denison Tx (lake Waterloo). 1/2 road-1/2 trail. Really cool. Lots of ducks and geese. It was early enough for the lake to have a bit of fog hovering on it.
