Mileage Reporting Week 14 (Apr 2 - Apr 8)

We had 2 wild runs this week so far.
Tuesday 5 mile run.
Thursday 5 mile run.
We are seeing lots of rabbits but we have not been hearing any owls.
The weather has been a roller coaster of hot and cold.
We hope to get out again tomorrow.

Got in an easy 1 mile on light trail on Tuesday, was a challenging surface for my unaccustomed feet. Then another mile yesterday on pavement which was much easier and less uncomfortable. Will look to up the milage a little next week.

We went 8 miles today oddly we saw a hand full of Ginny Hens.
It was to late to hear Owls. We spotted lots of squirrels and lots of birds.
It was 39 Deg. f. and dampish out.
We really enjoyed the outing!!

5km again this weekend -first dry parkrun of the year, yippee!
Seem to have found a comfortable pace for 5km -around 26mins. Not really sure if that's good or bad, but I reckon it's plenty fast enough for me!...
