Mileage Reporting Week 10 (Mar 5 - Mar 11)

We ran 3 miles Tuesday and 5 miles Friday.
Still nice weather. the moon was cool on Friday with some stars.
Feet are still good.
Legs are good.

We snuck in a wonderful 10 mile run this morning. it was 66 deg. f. with 17-25 mph winds from the north.
we spotted geese, cedar wax wings, rabbits and one large egret.

Ran 2.4 miles yesterday but had planned on a 5 mile run but feeling a bit under the weather.

Back out on the local parkrun this weekend so another 5km done.
It was a wet one, though not actually raining -seems a while since I've run in the dry. Come on Spring, hurry up and arrive!
Felt quite good today and managed a fairly quick time by my standards, so all good...
