We started off this year bundled up (even my feet).
The Temperature's have been in the low 20 deg. f. range.
Tuesday we ran 3 miles I had vivobarefoots Boulder has a dog coat.
Thursday we went 5 miles same as above.
Hoping to get a good barefoot run in Sunday Temp's are rising back up.

It warmed up and Boulder and I got out an did a 7.5 mile run (back to bare for me).
It felt really good the temp was in the 50 deg f. range with the humidity at 75% wind at 16 MPH.

Been a while since I've been on here, but I suppose the first week of the year is a good time to start back posting. It's been one of the coldest weeks of running that I can remember, every day has been single digits or below zero F. Too cold for barefoot unfortunately, been a couple weeks. But my Lems are working well, so far none of the issues I used to have with minimalist shoes.

    4.5 mile hike Monday
    4.4 mile trail run Tuesday
8.2 mile run on bike path Wednesday
5.6 mile run on bike path Friday
8.9 mile run on bike path Saturday

    All on 3-4" snow

Sunday i took the dog on a hike. We shortened our route and did a 3 mile bf hike. I have a cold so the heart rate was high just sitting there. quads are sore but otherwise i feel fine. I sound horrible but i feel about 95% of myself.
