Mileage Reporting Week 1 (Jan 02 - Jan 09)

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Tuesday at 5:00 am.
It was 55 deg. f. with light SW winds. The sky was partly cloudy so I could see some stars.

Really wonderful outing !!

3.8 miles indoors on Wednesday. Ran in yoga socks on an indoor track. Not the most stimulating environment but after 3 straight all-day rains it certainly beats getting wet and chilled to the bone. The track is at a local university’s health and wellness center so it was nice being surrounded by young vibrant students.

We went 3 miles Friday at 5:00 am. It was 45 deg. f. with no wind. the moon was full and bright. The sky was mostly clear.
Great time out!

We did a 3 mile run Sunday at 6:00 am. It was 34 deg. f. with no wind. The moon was full again. At the end of the run we got a cool sunrise and could still see the moon. We spotted some rabbits, horses and a egret.

3.9 miles indoors on Saturday. Felt pretty good throughout. Other than some cheerleaders practicing their routines, I had the track to myself. We are supposed to have a couple of days next week with some sun so maybe I'll be able to run outside then.
