Mileage Reporting 51th Week of 2012

Saturday: 8 miles (oops, that's not what I intended) oh well, no ill effects, still a bit sick but getting better.

christmas cookies galore. no gifts wrapped. still have dough in fridge. gotta leave by noon tomorrow. tired.
Sced that is quite a schedule to keep up with at this time of the year. I am amazed that you can still find time to get your runs in.

I agree, I have toned down quite a bit over the last few weeks. On the other hand January look out.

It was strangely fun to run today, Cmas eve. I did speed workouts around the track, for a total of about 3.5 miles, while all the cars went buzzing by. The workout was based on my husband recommendation and didn't turn out quite like he told me. Yeah, I had to write about it, but it won't be published until Jan 1. Am taking it a little easier this week, partly because it seems like my body needs a little break. Cmas timing was convenient. But I do have a 5K on Saturday called "The Hot Chocolate Run" ha ha ha


Oops. Wrong week. I will just copy and paste over to week 52....
