Metabolic Triad Training, 2021: Cycle IV

I think for the ramping you could probably do it moving from heavier increases to lighter as the sets go on.
Ha, yah, that's exactly what I've done!

I looked over 5/3/1 a couple of cycles ago, along with Thibaudeau's take on ramping. My approach has more volume than theirs, but it seems to work for me.

For increases, I'm mostly going by feel, but allowing myself to do fewer reps initially, especially for the Squat and Deadlift. It's more a mental thing, as the ramps tell me pretty clearly if I'm ready for the next load up.
