    My wife and I were at Natural Strides yesterday afternoon since we were over from Athens to visit friends. It was nice to get a look at the store; I look forward to supporting them soon. I wanted to make it back over for the run, but our 6 month old daughter had different plans last night. She was singing and being generally lively until around midnight. Then our friends' little guy awoke about an hour after Gaby fell asleep. He kept the whole house up for an additional hour with an inconsolable scream.

    Long night, tired daddy, sad runner!

    Thanks TJ! It ended up getting the best of us. Andrea and I have both got a bit of a head cold... We need some more rest.

    By the way, how have you healed up? Have you been able to even consider getting out for a run?
