    Other Information: This will be a meetup at the Forest Park Visitor's Center for a short jog 1-3 miles out and back from the visitors center. I will be in attendance a seasoned barefoot runner to help those who are looking to learn more about barefoot or minimalist running. There is a cafe at the visitors center for those interested in grabbing lunch and hopefully enjoying some nice weather :)

    Been posting in lots of forums and planning to blanket many local running shops and Crossfit boxes by weeks end with fliers promoting the event! Should be a fun! Come on out!

    Great looking flier. I would love to be there, but can't imagine it happening. I have two races to time on Saturday here in Columbia and then back to work on Monday. I have been timing for Ready, Set, Results going on my second year. I love the experience, but I don't get to be any many races anymore.
    I'll take a run through the country side same time you guys are running so I can be there in spirit.
    I'm up to just over 2 miles barefoot on that route. It is mostly chip/seal and the chips are about as sharp as anything I've seen. Two miles in it smooths out for the next mile and then back to chip seal.

    Here is a map of the run for tomorrow! We will meet at the front entrance of the Visitor's center. I will be camped out outside the front entrance, barefoot, and will have a kid in a stroller. You won't be able to miss me! We will shove off at 10 min after 11. If you aren't there by then please feel free to call me at 3143971095.
