    UPDATE!

    The plans for the social gathering on the Saturday night prior to International Barefoot Running Day 2015 have now fallen into place!

    All members, runners, friends, family, friends and family of friends, and anyone with even the slightest bit of interest in barefoot or minimalist running, are invited to join us for an informal gathering at The Brighton Music Hall on Brighton Seafront for drinks and snacks.

    We will be gathering from around 5.00pm onwards, but please feel free to drop in anytime you want.

    Food is available for sale from the venue. If you wish to book anything in advance, please check on their website above. Please note that we have not informed the venue that we are dropping in on them, so there is no need for you to mention this ;)

    Children are very welcome. Dress code is very informal. Barefoot is optional, but please wear your IBRD teeshirt if you have one!

    We are looking forward to a fun evening!

    After all my good intentions my son has been selected as a finalist for the St Albans Film Festival ... Sorry but have to prioritize.. And gutted I can't be with you. Have a great time though!
