    What distance will you be hosting?: 5 Km
    Other Information: The event is open to all, including runners and walkers of all abilities. A 5k fun-run (not a race) is planned, but runners can do longer or shorter if desired. The terrain is mostly smooth sidewalks and pavement - very easy on the soles!

    Great turnout and a fun 5k at today's International Barefoot Running Day! We even had two new runners join!
