Hi everyone, I'm looking for some advice. This is my third year captaining a team for the Mass Dash Relay, first year running it barefoot. I was hoping some of you that are more experienced than I could tell me what to expect. I'll be running about 25-30 miles over 5-6 legs, which is about my weekly mileage. What are the early warning signs that I should be looking for? I plan to bring a couple different levels of footwear to combat any problems that may arise, but would really like to be bare the whole way. I tend to do too much but I was hoping to get a kind of "checklist" of things to be looking for to keep me honest. On a side note, the Mass Dash Relay is an awesome event put on by an awesome group comprised completely of volunteers, with all proceeds going to Dana Farber and the Jimmy Fund. Worth your time if you have the weekend of July 14 &15 available. Thanks in advance for any advice
