Say what? She's a Jimmy Moore fan? The guy who's been low carb/keto for a decade and weighs more than 300lb? A good rule of thumb is not to take diet advice from someone who's fat and unhealthy. Losing weight is from calorie restriction, not from tweaking macros or putting butter on your steak. Just thinking about what you eat can cause weight loss. Of course, it's always got to be the magic diet and low carb does give you that quick water weight loss. I've been to low carb land and it was no big whoop. VLC/keto? Been there too. A lot of people really jack themselves up doing keto. I recovered eventually. I have friends that are still working on it. Be careful. Really careful. And when a 300 pounder tries to sell you a diet plan ... run, just freaking run.
