Hey. I ran 12h ultra (104km) on mondo. I found after race great blood blisters under 2. and 4. toenails (only right foot). I do not have hammertoes and did not kick my toes nowhere. Now those toenails loosen like shoerunners!
I do not understand, what cases this injure. Do You have same experience or have some information of problem?
