Hi, I am a new to barefoot / minimalist running. I am currently using an Aqua shoes for my road runs.
I am using normal socks with the aqua shoes too.
I have noticed that I feel little pain on my left foot nearby pinky finger area. There was no pain observed when I was doing barefoot running on grass.
What could be the reason? Anyone else experienced this ?

    Thanks in advance.

Have you tried running with the aqua soes and no socks? I'm wondering if the shoes could have too much thickness with the socks.

Can you describe what kind of pain? Surface pain like a hotspot on the outside of your toe, or internal pain like a stress fracture in the bone?

Its internal .. I wont say fracture as I can move the finger .. but its unpleasant type pain which I feel specially when walking on soft surface like my pinky toe is disbalanced ..
