    The trail running series with Alpine Shop is back every Thursday night in May!

    Come out and test your stamina on the many hills out at Castlewood State Park!

    I will attempt a few completely barefoot runs during this series for sure! So that will be a sight to see!

    They also have plenty of food/drink following the races that is included with the entry fee.

    Hurry and register by the end of April as prices rise after that.
