How to Run Forward without Breaking your Feet or other Body Parts – EVEN in ‘barefoot shoes’!

How to Move Forward without Breaking your Feet or other Body Parts – EVEN in ‘barefoot shoes’!
The goal of these FREE presentations is to help people (especially adults) understand how and why being barefoot can help people teach themselves how to run and/or walk more gently, efficiently, and gracefully through PLAY and the use of the good senses we have been blessed with in, among other places, the soles of our feet.

I'll be there! I'm coming from Erie, PA (about 60 miles away) and I posted to the Erie Runner's Club website, so there may be a few more from Erie that show up.

bfsailor, that's just Erie, it seems like we've known each other for some 13 years or so, and yet we haven't physically met until ... this coming weekend. Looking forward to meeting you.

We actually had 6-7 people show up for the presentation - not counting me, Ken Bob, and Herman. Not too shabby considering the short notice.

Dang it... Can't upload photos. Goto barefoot.find-it-usa.com and read my blog.

I attended along with three other folks from Erie, PA. It was a great time and a great presentation by Ken Bob!
Thanks Lee for setting things up and providing us with such a cool opportunity.

My wife Cindy captured the event in some nice photos:
