You know you're right! That's amazing how many characters are barefoot. I think this means they shouldn't be able to turn us away when we want to run their races. I mean if they can support their barefoot characters, they should support us too!
I think that it's just fun to draw bare feet. Bare feet can do so many things, that any animator would love to make them bend and flex and wiggle all over the screen!
looks a little racist to me - all those barefooters are non-whites, when not non-humans. Well, at least this guy had shoes (even though in reality, he would probably be more likely to be barefoot than than Alladin)
