If I'm a size 10.5 in Nikes, what size should I get in Zemgear (with socks)?

I have decided that with all the options available for barefoot shoes, zemgear will be the best for me. Since there isn't anywhere in Los Angeles where I can try them on, I am requesting your help. Anyone out there that wears a 10.5 in Nikes that own zemgears, what size did you get? Also, I'm going to be wearing them with socks for winter. Thanks!

Don't know about Nikes (or if you mean US or UK sizes) but I just measured my feet (lol) and they are about 27 cm long. I've got the Zem playas in L and they were to big (instead of posting them back and paying for P&P I just altered them manually hehe). I should've gotten an M.

I believe they have a size conversion chart on their website though. Hope that helps.

Hello there. Thanks for your response. I'm a 10.5 US. I'm actually looking for someone who wears Nikes in 10.5 US as this would be the only waybto determine what size I wear. The size conversion chart doesn't help at all as the sizing of all shoes is not universal. I wear 10 in some brands & 10.5 in others. Thanks for trying though.

Yeah shoe sizes are so different (even with same brands).
Have a look here for the original style size chart: http://zemgear.com/uploads/ZEM_360_Size_Chart.pdf
And here for the newer styles (with foot length in cm): http://zemgear.com/uploads/sizeconversionchart.pdf

And here's some more fitting guidelines: http://www.zemgear.com/uploads/How_your_ZEMs_should_fit.pdf

From the FAQ: http://zemgear.com/FAQ.html

BTW: Even though the playas are very comfy and flexible they aren't made for running (it even says so on the website), mine are starting to disintegrate along the seams - you probably want to stick to the 360 or terras, but I think they are not as flexible.
