Who: Members of Iowa Chapter Barefoot Runner Society What: A fun barefoot walk around the trail at Grays Lake When: Sunday, 7 May at 12 PM. Where: Grays Lake park in Des Moines. Meet by the balcony area and we can take out shoes off if we have any on already then the barefooting can get underway Why: Promote barefoot and minimalist running in the Iowa and to have fun.
