I may go barefoot everywhere if I always got a reaction like I just got a few minutes ago. I made a quick drive to a local restaurant to order some take out catering for a shindig tomorrow. Got a smirk from the first waitress, the next gave me a big smile and a hearty ^5, and even the mama-san gave me a verbal thumbs up for going barefoot in their restaurant.
Of course they were Hawaiians. :-D
