I am glad I have gone beyond

I am glad I have gone beyond the urge to give a 90 minute power point presentation on evolution and barefoot running. Mostly cause I no longer feel I have to convince others to take up barefoot running. I like to think they will come to their senses sooner or later. In the mean time I can laugh at the cartoon along with everyone else, even if he used to be me. ;-P
