Hello all! I just thought I would introduce myself and get to know some of the people in my area. I live in SW Missouri. I'm somewhat new to barefoot/minimalist running. Actually, I'm new to running in general, and I'm starting of my running barefoot. (Very enjoyable, and fun, to say the least) I look forward to hearing from a fellow barefooter! Michael

Thanks!I live in the Thanks! I live in the Springfield area. So hopefully I will end up at a run at some point. I'm still working on getting in shape, and getting my feet in shape as well. But I hope to start doing some 5K's and working my way up in the near future.
over the summer months i live over the summer months i live in Monett MO, which is about 45 min from Springfield. So if you would like to meet up for a run that is definitely an option.
