There are plenty of places to hike in Arkansas and I would imagine it to be the most barefoot friendly (ha ha). I get quite a few odd looks when out walking, running, or hiking when barefoot. It still does embarrase me a bit but I am comfortable. I sometimes wear my vivobarefoot trail shoes when trail running cause some rocks tend to be sharp as razors. Would love to hear of other great places to hike barefoot in Arkansas...specifically NWA.
